Sanskriitii's Story
Founded by Ms. Lata Pathak and Mr. Anil Tripathi in 2017, Sanskriitii is a startup that deals with arts and crafts and hence works with a vision to empower Indian handmade which do not generally get the appreciation they deserve. A team of engineers, management professionals and philosophers have joined hands at Sanskriitii to make hotel decor, corporate gifting and home decor more interesting by incorporating contemporary design into artefacts.

Our Founders
Ms. Lata Pathak, Founder at Sanskriitii Crafts is a seasoned management professional, assessor and an executive coach with 20+ years of industry experience in top tier companies in India. She has worked in the companies like Aditya Birla Group, RPG, Blue Star. She is double masters and also alumni of INSEAD Business school and a PhD Scholar of the esteemed Indian Institute of Management, Nagpur.

Mr. Anil Tripathi, Co-founder at Sanskriitii Crafts is an Engineer with 26+ years of industry experience with a B.Tech degree and Diploma in Plastic Technology along with exposure of working in an International Environment. He is vastly experienced in handling a number of processes like operations, Assembly Line , Filter Cartage assembly line, Machining of Aluminium, Die Casting, Plastic Injection Moulding etc.
